Each dispatch line shows the production behind it â how much is ready, how much is still being made and the work-order numbers. Identical-looking lines for the same customer stop being a guess, and partly produced lines ship the ready portion without waiting for the rest.
Waste that posts to stock
Scrap and raw-material waste entered at the machine â with a reason code and the operator behind it â become real consumption documents, so warehouse stock matches the floor without a manual correction.
Returns traced through to rework
A validated customer return is not the end of the story: planning reads return documents straight from the ERP â including ones entered or corrected there â and raises rework work orders against the quantities actually coming back.
