Prodex TV Agent (Android app)

Prodex TV Agent is a display client for the Prodex Manufacturing Execution System. It shows production screens served by a Prodex server that you or your organization operate.

• No personal data is collected. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
• Nothing leaves your device. The only information the app stores is the server address you enter, your zoom preference and the last opened page — all saved locally on the device and never transmitted to us or to any third party.
• Server communication. The app communicates exclusively with the Prodex server address you configure (or the public Prodex demo server if you press "Try Demo"). The content shown belongs to and is controlled by the operator of that server.
• No third-party services. The app does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect data.

Prodex Mobile (Android & iOS app)

Prodex Mobile is the companion app for staff of a company that runs the Prodex Manufacturing Execution System. It requires an account on a Prodex server that your organization operates, and it works only against the server address you enter at setup.

• Your account. Signing in sends your username and password to your own Prodex server, which returns a session token. We never receive them. The app keeps the server address, your session and your language choice on the device.
• Work data stays with your employer. Everything you see or enter — machines, work orders, downtime records, quality controls, purchase approvals and any photos you attach — is read from and written to your organization's own Prodex server. Prodex does not receive, store or process it.
• Camera and photos. The camera is used to photograph a fault or a part and to scan spare-part QR codes; you may also pick an existing photo. Photos are uploaded only to your organization's server, attached to the record you are working on.
• Push notifications. If you allow notifications, the device registers a push token with your organization's Prodex server so it can alert you about approvals, maintenance and reminders. Delivery uses Apple Push Notification service on iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android, which handle only the message and the device token — never your production data. Signing out removes the registration and the notifications stop.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no tracking of any kind, and it does not share data with third parties.
• Deleting your data. Your account and all records belong to your employer's installation; ask your Prodex administrator to remove them. Uninstalling the app deletes everything the app stored on the device.

Prodex platform

The Prodex MES/WMS platform is installed on-premise at each customer's site. All production data processed by the platform is stored on infrastructure owned and operated by the customer. Prodex does not receive, store or process customer production data on its own servers.
