A flexible integration layer works with ERP systems in both directions — vouchers, dispatches, returns, transfers, counting slips and FIFO lot resolution — with ready-made adapters for Logo ERP. Where no ERP is used, Prodex runs fully standalone on its own master data and stock ledger.
AI assistant on WhatsApp
An AI assistant answers natural-language questions over WhatsApp about machine status, OEE, production, stock, work orders and any other operational data the user is allowed to see — returning charts, documents and live dashboard views, with per-group command permissions.
Machine connectivity
Machine signals are collected securely over MQTT and industrial data sources, with cycle and counter data processed in real time, clock-drift correction, self-healing reconnection and safe parallel operation alongside your existing systems.

Module licensing
Each installation ships only the modules it bought. Disabled modules disappear from menus, dashboards and routes — controlled from a standalone configuration editor.

A click-and-run, dependency-free editor configures database, integrations, scheduled jobs and module visibility through a local web form — before the system is even running.
Multilingual by default
English, Turkish and German everywhere — including the kiosk, TV screens and generated PDFs — with locale-correct dates and number formats.
TV & lobby screens
Centrally managed TV dashboards and playlists for production, andon, KPI and company information screens, running on supported displays including Android TV.
Exports everywhere
Styled Excel export on virtually every table, PDF generation for official forms and certificates, PowerPoint daily decks and print-ready labels.
Controlled, safe updates
Releases are applied from a central panel. A pre-flight check, service health checks and automatic rollback on failure keep downtime and operational risk to a minimum.

Scheduled work inside the app
Scheduled operations — the daily production plan, report mails, the executive deck — are computed and managed inside Prodex, with per-installation controls for reports, planning jobs and automated workflows. Shift times and company parameters come from master data, so changing a shift is a form, not a deployment, and shop-floor terminals are assigned to machines from the same screen.

Standalone master data
No ERP? No problem. Prodex includes a complete set of master-data screens — items, BoMs, work orders, business partners, warehouses, machines, equipment, units — plus goods receipt and a full FIFO stock ledger with balances, lots and movement history. The whole MES runs self-contained, and the integrity of related records is protected: master data with usage history is safely deactivated rather than lost.
