Sectioned templates with OK/NOT-OK, yes/no, numeric ranges, free text, selects and photo questions — with required fields and a mandatory comment when a check fails.
Kiosk execution
Technicians start a maintenance work order with their badge, work through the checklist, record measurements and photos, and link the parts they used. Every step is stamped with who did it and when.
Spare parts, FIFO-costed
Scan a part QR, enter quantity on the numpad — the FIFO engine consumes cost layers oldest-first and shows the true cost on the work order.
Detailed downtime classification
Two-stage capture: a quick reason at the machine, then classification into hierarchical categories that match how your plant is organised, together with the spare parts used. Classifications are managed centrally, and the integrity of historical records is preserved.

- Buy in any currency — a USD or EUR purchase is converted once on the way in at the ERP rate for the document date, so FIFO costs, work-order costs and cost-per-machine all compare like with like
- Purchasing detail on every movement — supplier, currency, document date and original unit price, with managed supplier, category and location lists
- Designed QR labels — spare-part labels come from the same label designer as production labels, printed silently or previewed as PDF
- Stock history that reads like a sentence — every change records the previous value too ("count adjustment: 12 → 1"), with a one-click filtered audit trail
- Fast consumption at the device — spare part usage is recorded quickly from shop-floor devices, by scanning the part or picking it from a list
Maintenance records you can trust
Every work order keeps the checklist it was issued with, so a finished record always shows exactly what the technician was asked and what they answered. Editing a template later only affects new jobs. Prodex also checks that the work is really done — required questions answered, measurements inside their limits, a note on anything that failed — and a job nobody started can only be closed with a written reason.
